Kelly E. Green, PhD (she/her) is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist who founded Grind Wellness (formerly The Center for Recovery and Reconnection) to provide evidence-based holistic restorative coaching and consulting for people and organizations trying to thrive, not just survive, in the post-pandemic era.​
Dr. Green is a nationally-recognized expert in evidence-based therapies for relationships, addiction recovery, addiction resistance, and the challenges women experience in pursuit of “having it all.” She is passionate about shaping the future climate for women, minorities, and workplaces with evidence-based programs, consultation, and coaching to improve work-life balance, holistic wellness, and equity at work and home.
