Psychotherapy Services
Psychotherapy
Dr. Green offers evidence-based psychotherapy including individual, couples, and family sessions. Telehealth sessions are available for clients in all PSYPACT states, and sessions are typically available weekdays 10am - 5:30pm (Central Time). Find out if you live in a PSYPACT state here.
Insurance and Fees
Dr. Green is only in-network with Medicare, BCBS PPO, or UHC PPO insurance plans, and there is a waitlist for these slots. There are currently openings for self-pay clients, and you can request a superbill (healthcare receipt) to submit to your insurance company for partial reimbursement if your plan includes out-of-network benefits.

Payment for assessment and therapy sessions is expected on the day of the service. Current rates for individual sessions are $225 (55-minutes), couples/family sessions are $250 (55-minutes), 75-minute intake evaluation sessions are $300.
Free Initial Consultation
Dr. Green is happy to provide a free initial consultation by phone to discuss the goodness of fit between the services Dr. Green provides and the client's reported problem areas. She will provide referral assistance to other providers as appropriate. This consultation is required before scheduling an intake evaluation.
Consulting and Coaching
I am a clinical psychologist, former college professor, entrepreneur, and single mother to three young kids. I have lived experience with neurodivergence, co-parenting, burnout, and the ways we tend to deprioritize our holistic wellness in pursuit of “having it all” and being “successful” in modern society.

I founded Grind Wellness to take my experience, perspective, and superpowers beyond the classroom and therapy room by providing unique and transformational consulting, coaching, relationship mediation, and workshops.

I developed a 4-step process that focuses on the importance of self-nurturing, healthy boundaries, and values-based change to help people, families, and organizations live their best, authentic, fulfilling life.
